Marketing Demand Gen Manager – Hybrid Remote 

Hi, I’m Matt, the VP of Marketing at Moovila. We’re a bootstrapped, work management start-up building an intelligent work management platform that helps project management, product/service delivery, and operational leaders automate project and resource management so they can reduce operational risk, reduce time to revenue, and deliver on time.

Today, we are building on our go-to-market foundation that includes:

  • A clear story and value description of Moovila

  • A subject matter expert-driven podcast

  • A growing leadership community

  • Strong product-market fit in product/service delivery

  • A leadership team who gets and supports modern marketing

 

Our next set of goals is to move quickly from a market-fit stage to growth, building on our foundation. We’re looking for the right Marketing Operations Manager to help us with go-to-market execution and strategy.

 

About the Role

Ultimately, this role is responsible for helping us succeed in a hyper-competitive industry through a deep understanding of the market and our customers. We have a foundational strategy in place, but you'll have a lot of freedom to tell us what we should do differently.

 

Here are some of the projects you'll be working on across the next 6 months:

  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across social media, search, and other relevant channels

  • Fortify our insights engine: qualitative and quantitative customer research that we can apply to marketing campaigns

  • Manage organic content distribution. We have a framework in place that you will manage and ensure the thought leadership team is posting regularly

  • Manage marketing automation and advertising: distribution, and budget pacing

  • Experiment: Create and optimize A/B, multivariate, and conversion testing strategies to improve campaign performance and increase pipeline

  • Repurpose content to expand reach (i.e., how we repurpose a long-form video into organic posts on LinkedIn, spread out on YouTube, and create podcast episodes)

  • Discover creative ways to advertise including events, OTT, podcast ads, and other channels

  • You'll be joining a supportive, fast-paced environment but we won't have a “how to do your job” playbook waiting for you. You'll need to know how to get stuff done, make good decisions, and learn fast.

  • We follow a sales-led buyer journey, not a product-led buyer journey. This is not a role where you will be working on, say, writing blog posts or running display ads. This role will focus on content, campaigns, and sales enablement that increase sales demos and ultimately revenue.

  • We have to be 1% more creative than our competitors. We cannot succeed by doing the same things everyone else is doing.
