ABOUT YOU

Job Description

Work and project management is a massive growth industry, and our prospective customers and sales team members will benefit from the dedicated support of a project management professional who enjoys being in the arena (that’s a Teddy Roosevelt thing).  Our prospective customers appreciate being accompanied by both a Moovila product expert and a subject matter expert in Project Management at every step along with way.  

 

This newly created role will spend a majority of the time partnering with senior sales professionals in a swiftly flowing pre-sales process and showcasing Moovila’s unique technology in the context of customers’ business needs and objectives. Moovila’s technology is innovating and evolving at a rapid speed, so working closely with the product team, understanding product roadmap, and effectively communicating with the sales team and prospective customers is essential. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance product demonstration environments 

  • Create bespoke product demonstration environments

  • Assess & improve prospective customers’ project schedules 

  • Actively participate in virtual (majority) and in person (less frequent) sales meeting and product demonstration 

  • Spearhead RFI, RFP responses 

  • Collect and maintain competitive research 

  • Assist in the customers’ seamless transition from pre-sales to Moovila Customer Success

  • Contribute subject matter expertise to marketing team

  • Maintain bidirectional communication with Moovila product team

Ideal Candidate

  • 4 year college degree

  • 3–5 years project management experience 

  • Current PMP is preferred

  • Deep understating of professional services is a plus

  • Enjoyment of, and past success in collaborating with sales teams and significantly contributing to the pre-sales process

  • Proficient in commonly used project management and professional services automation technology 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent writing skills 

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Willing to travel to key accounts
