For teams looking to improve how projects actually get done, Transform Project Coaching & Onboarding is our most comprehensive and recommended onboarding experience. 


Transform is a high-touch, collaborative rollout designed to implement Moovila while strengthening your project operations as a whole. Over 10–12 weeks, your team works closely with Moovila project management experts to align processes, build strong templates, and create a framework for project success. 

 


What makes Transform different? 


Transform includes everything in Quick Start, plus:

Some teams are ready to move quickly and already have well-defined project processes in place. For those teams, Quick Start Onboarding offers a lighter, self-paced way to get started with Moovila. 


Quick Start replaces our full 12-week program with three 1-hour sessions, allowing teams to enable the platform at their own pace.

Quick Start focuses on tool enablement and integration, including three live sessions: 


Session 1: Orientation & Integration Setup 

  • High-level walkthrough of the platform 

  • Initial configuration and integrations
