Mike Psenka

President & CEO

Mike founded Moovila in 2016 to create technologies that would enable the next stage of digital transformation in work. In addition to core business strategy and day-to-day operations at Moovila, Mike is heavily involved in platform architecture and design.

 

Prior to Moovila, Mike founded eThority, an award-winning business intelligence and analytics company. In 2011, he sold eThority to Equifax where he led and scaled the business into a segment leader in the compliance arena for Equifax.

 

He graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and holds multiple technology patents related to the products and services produced by his companies. Mike is married with four children who also happen to be the best people he knows.

Brian Duncan Moovila CTO
Brian Duncan

Chief Technology Officer

Brian has more than 26 years of experience in software design and development. As CTO at Moovila, Brian is responsible for execution of all technology work streams.

Prior to the CTO role at Moovila, Brian worked for organizations such as Equifax, eThority and IKON.

Brian's expertise in regulatory compliance and security has been essential in delivering solutions to healthcare providers such as Columbia HCA and financial institutions like Equifax and Fannie Mae. Brian is a co-inventor on two patents: The first involves an internet search technology, while the second involves web-based data mining and analytics.

Zoey Cole

VP Integrative & Autonomous Technologies

Zoey brings over 20 years of experience in development, technical consulting, client onboarding, and product management to the team at Moovila. In his role as VP Integrative and Autonomous Technologies, he uses that experience to drive the strategy of integrating with external systems and producing actionable insights for users.  

Zoey most recently held the role of Analytics Product Manager within Equifax's Employee Benefits Services team. There, he helped companies understand how financial wellness data can be used to inform their voluntary benefit strategies, and in turn build a more financially healthy workforce while also reducing turnover. Prior to Equifax, he has worked at companies such as Blackbaud, Elavon, Sapient Corporation, and as an independent Solution Architect.

A Virginia native, Zoey earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.

Whitney Asnip

VP Communications

Whitney is responsible for the execution of all marketing communication, partner support & analyst relations at Moovila. 

Prior to joining Moovila, Whitney created and built the Marketing Department within eThority. Under her guidance, her team was responsible for the development of the vertical marketing approach which led to industry recognition and awards in the human capital and analytics industries. ​After eThority was acquired by Equifax, Whitney led the go-to-market initiatives for the Workforce Analytics group within Equifax Workforce Solutions. 

Whitney graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a B.A. in Communications and is an alumni of the altMBA.

VP Operations

Adison “Bucky” Jobe (don’t call him Adison if you expect him to answer) brings 20+ years of project and product management to the ever changing landscape of technology. As VP of Operations, Bucky and his team oversee the delivery of Moovila and partner with our clients to ensure success.

 

Prior to joining Moovila, Bucky has worked in a number project and product leadership roles building PMOs, implementing strategic IT solutions, and driving business process improvement initiatives across higher education and technology organizations. Most recently, he served as the Director of New Product Innovation at Equifax Workforce Solutions developing new and innovative HR solutions.

 

A native of Arizona, Bucky received a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing and an MBA from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master (CSM), and a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.

Kate Schlarf

VP Growth Marketing

Kate Schlarf is a data driven marketer specializing in B2B marketing. As the VP Growth Marketing at Moovila, Kate is focused on growing awareness of Moovila's products, exploring new channels of engagement, and partnering with Sales to drive revenue.

 

Prior to joining Moovila, Kate built the Marketing Operations and Demand Generation functions at Sonoco, a global packaging and recycling company. While there, Kate grew the digital engagement of the company around the world, marketing to and partnering with global customers including Nestlé, Pfizer, Kellogg's, and Duracell. In addition to Sonoco, Kate has worked at HealthTech startup Truepill as well as Fortune 500 packaging manufacturer Berry Global. Kate's versatility as a marketer is driven by the variety of roles she has held throughout her career including product marketing, competitive intelligence, growth marketing, and marketing operations.

 

A native of Indiana, Kate graduated summa cum laude from the University of Evansville with a B.A.in Global Business Management and B.S. in Spanish.

Vince Jajuga

VP Sales & Partnerships

Vince is a senior leader with 23 years of experience in business development, partnership management, and software sales and service. In his role as VP of Business Development at Moovila, Vince and his team are responsible for managing the customer’s sales experience as well as developing and managing strategic partnerships. 

 

Before joining Moovila, Vince was named a Distinguished Employee among Equifax’s 7,000+ member workforce. Vince has produced revenue-generating results since Equifax acquired eThority in 2011. He contributed to the acquisition of eThority, bringing skills and relationships from his leadership positions at eThority that significantly increased Equifax business partnerships and sales growth. Vince’s career in the technology sector began at Blackbaud, Inc., a leading provider of nonprofit software and services. He served in a series of sales and management positions, consistently achieving sales goals and earning recognition as Account Executive of the Year.

Parker Sox

VP Product 

Parker is a Product Management professional with experience working in complex regulatory and analytic environments. At Moovila, Parker's responsibilities include developing strategy for product direction and go-to-to market activities, while working closely with his technology partners to execute product delivery. 

 

Prior to joining Moovila, Parker held several roles including Sales and Customer Success before moving into the Product Management arena. Most recently, he served as Director of Product Management for Equifax’s market leading ACA solution before moving into a Director of Product Management role serving the Employer Services suite of HR solutions. 

 

Parker is a South Carolina native and proud graduate of The Citadel, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Leigh Mills

VP Finance

Leigh is an accounting professional with a career focus in the tech industry specific to software development. As Controller at Moovila, Leigh oversees the day to day accounting operations, as well financial planning and analysis.

As a Charleston native, Leigh kicked off her career at Automated Trading Desk, where she was involved in a $680M acquisition by Citigroup. Afterwards, she owned a furniture restoration shop with her husband, and then moved on to assist in the startup of Eladian Partners. In 2013, she joined the financial technology group Thesys Technologies as the sole accounting member, where she grew and lead a finance team over the course of six years.

 

Leigh graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Accountancy. She currently resides in Mount Pleasant with her husband, three sons and Beagle named Molly.

Amanda Kubista

VP Brand 

Amanda is a senior creative with years of consumer and B2B experience. As VP Brand at Moovila, Amanda delivers the strategic vision for the Moovila brand, contributes to advertising planning and execution, and guides the creative direction around all product, brand and marketing activities.

Before joining Moovila, Amanda worked for digital advertising agencies in NYC on brands including United Airlines, Mercedes, Marriott International, UNIQLO, Bonefish Grill, and Novartis. Prior to her time in New York, she was the creative lead at eThority, where she executed brand and marketing campaigns.​ 

 

Amanda graduated cum laude from Virginia Tech with a BFA in Visual Communications Design, and MFA in Art Direction from Miami Ad School, New York. She now lives in Charleston with her Pomeranian named Raven.

Bruce Dunbar

VP Quality

As VP Quality at Moovila, Bruce is passionate about leading the Quality initiatives throughout the organization.

 

Prior to Moovila, Bruce worked for a number of technology companies, most recently leading teams at Booz Allen Hamilton, formerly Sparc. He has worked in both the public and private sectors guiding teams to support an array of customers from the warfighter to the philanthropist. He has a strong eye for detailed process improvement and takes pride in getting the highest quality products to market on time.

Bruce is a proud graduate of Appalachian State University, where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science. He earned his Master's in Business Administration (MBA) closer to home at the University of South Carolina and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
