Job Description

We’ll be the first to tell you we don’t have all the answers yet, so expect the leadership team to regularly solicit your thoughts and creative ideas. We all wear more than one hat and swim in more than one lane, which is super exciting to some (and daunting to others). 


Your primary focus will be understanding the SMB market in focus industries and aligning Moovila products and services to help those businesses attain their goals. You’ll work hand-in-glove with our marketing team to spread the word, optimize processes, maintain pursuit strategies, and ensure our new clients have an exemplary Moovila experience. 


  • Achieve growth targets by exceeding prospective client expectations  

  • Develop, execute, and report on your own business development initiatives

  • Engage with our marketing team to create and execute campaigns to target audiences 

  • Develop expertise in work, project, and resource management trends

  • Become proficient in using Moovila for internal projects

  • Lead virtual (majority) and in person (less frequent) sales meetings, demonstrations, and presentations 

  • Share frequent and detailed market information with internal stakeholders

  • Manage and constantly improve the client’s experience evaluating our solutions 

  • Ensure internal data is pristine

  • Work with channel partners and affiliates

Ideal Candidate

  • Self-starter and highly motivated for individual and team success 

  • Excellent time management skills. Efficiency is the name of the game.  

  • Excited to try and fail and learn, and then try something new 

  • Loves presenting virtually or in person 

  • 4 year college degree preferred 

  • 1-3 years software selling success 

  • Work/project management, or professional services automation (PSA) sales experience a big plus

  • HubSpot experience is a bonus
