ABOUT YOU

Job Description

Moovila is seeking a driven and dynamic business requirements analyst who will be responsible for the development and management of requirements for Moovila’s construction specific solutions and provide project coordination with our largest co-development partner. This individual must have the ability to communicate, analyze, and document complex business and technical concepts and requirements, while managing day-to-day interactions and communication between product development, QA, product management, and operations and the client partner’s multiple stakeholders in various global regions (US, Japan, EU, and Australia). The role will require strong communication, presentation, organization, critical thinking, and project management skills. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, execute with minimal direction, balance multiple priorities, and be dynamic to shifting priorities and responsibilities.

Beyond gathering and developing requirements, this role will be responsible for the review of inbound questions, bugs, feature requests, and usability feedback from partner stakeholders and coordinate the response and documentation with appropriate internal team members. This individual will assist product management, development, and QA in the management and prioritization of development changes and enhancements, while helping to coordinate release timelines and support documentation

Responsibilities

  • Perform well in a fast-paced Start-Up environment where priorities and scope changes are common.

  • Through various methods, capture and analyze partner needs and priorities to develop use cases, functional requirements, and specifications documents.

  • Serve as requirements “gate keeper” ensuring new requests follow the validation, documentation, and review process, and align to overall product roadmap.

  • Develop, own, and improve the requirements gathering, documentation, and review process.

  • Serve as single point of contact with partner stakeholders managing day-to-day interactions and communications.

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings between internal Moovila and external partner resources, including the development of professional and informative presentations.

  • Manage intake, documentation, and coordinate the response to incoming communications, questions, bugs, feature requests, and usability enhancements.

  • Develop deep product knowledge to assist with client support, training, and demonstrations.

  • Assist in the development of product documentation, release notes, and client communications.

  • Manage ongoing organizational compliance to SOC II and GDPR, coordinating with appropriate parties, and serve as internal subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • 3+ years business or requirements analyst experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

  • 5+ years technology, business, or project management experience.

  • Relevant experience managing business relationships, coordinating meetings and communications.

  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills at various levels in an organization.

  • Experience in agile software development working directly with development or technical teams.

  • Must be a critical thinker with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working with global teams and various cultures.

  • Excel and highly perform in a fast-paced environment.

  • BS in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related subject.
