Job Description

​

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MSP Implementation Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in onboarding Managed Service Providers (MSPs) onto the Moovila platform, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration of our software solutions into their operations. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, and exceptional customer service skills. We are looking for team members who are genuinely curious and natural problem solvers—individuals who can maintain a high degree of professionalism and tenacity while adapting as the needs of our customers do.

Responsibilities

​

• Lead the onboarding process for new MSP partners, including project planning, execution, and delivery within agreed timelines.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for MSPs during the onboarding phase, providing guidance, support, and training on Moovila’s software capabilities.

• Work with customers to develop a strong understanding of their business, provide continuity throughout their relationship with Moovila, and help them maximize the value of our solution.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-onboarding evaluations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Moovila, including sales, technical support, and product management, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.

• Identify and address potential challenges or bottlenecks during the onboarding process, implementing solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

• Gather feedback from MSP partners post-onboarding to drive continuous improvement in Moovila’s onboarding processes and product offerings.

• ​Perform well in a fast-paced Start-Up environment where priorities and scope changes are common.

Requirements

​

• A minimum of 3 years of customer-facing project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working at an MSP or managing IT projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of the MSP business model and IT project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (PMP or Project Management certification is a plus)

• Technical proficiency with project management software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
