Job Description

Moovila is seeking a dynamic and driven Demand Generation and Community Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving demand and building community engagement through social selling and digital outreach. You will engage with potential customers’ various social platforms such as Reddit and Discord to drive interest and leverage marketing tools like HubSpot to build our sales funnel. 

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement: 

  • Actively participate in online communities relevant to Moovila's target industries, including LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, and other forums. 

  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers and influencers within these communities, including attendance at both virtual and in-person events. 

  • Speak on behalf of the company to share valuable content, answer questions, and promote Moovila's solutions to drive brand awareness and demand. 

  • Assist with the management of Moovila’s listing sites. This includes review follow up, managing intent data, following up with inquiries, etc.  

Demand Generation: 

  • Execute social selling strategies to generate and qualify leads. This may include using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator,, or other lead tools 

  • Develop and implement outreach campaigns and sales playbooks using HubSpot and other marketing tools. This includes facilitating smooth handoffs to the Account Management team. 

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead progress in HubSpot. 

  • Track and analyze outreach performance across channels, optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness. 

  • Be knowledgeable of Moovila’s various products and answer basic product questions in live or virtual environments.

Content Creation and Sharing: 

  • Collaborate with marketing team members to create engaging content tailored to community content types and interests. 

  • Research and share ideas for new content based on community trends. 

Customer Engagement: 

  • Talk with customers who outreach via social media and other channels, keeping an open line of communication with Customer Success and Sales on answers and outcomes. Escalate conversations when necessary.  

  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to collect regular reviews from happy customers for various listing sites (G2, Capterra, Channel Program, etc.)  


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. 

  • Proficiency with sales and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)  

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team 

  • Creative thinker with a passion for community building and engagement. 

  • High technical proficiency – you’re a quick study when it comes to new technology
