Intelligent Project Control Privacy Policy

Moovila takes privacy of data very seriously. When you submit your project plans for risk analysis by Moovila Intelligent Project Control, we want you to understand the care we take to protect the privacy of your materials:

Selling/Sharing.  Moovila will not sell your data or submission to anyone, and will not share your data or submission with any third parties.

Use.  Moovila will not use your data or submission for any purposes other than debugging of your project plans, internal analysis, communication with you.

Collection.  Moovila does not use any “cookies” or otherwise collect any information from you relating to your Project Debugger submission that you do not submit to us.

Storage.  Moovila will not store your data or submission longer than we believe is necessary for legal purposes.

‍

Security.  Moovila is SOC II Compliant and takes the highest security measures to protect your data submission.

Proprietary Materials.  Despite our security measures, you should not submit to us any proprietary data, trade secrets, inventions, confidential information, personal health data, personally identifiable information, or any other data that is protected by domestic or foreign law, practice, or agreement in your data and submission to Moovila.

Assurances.  By submitting your project plans to Moovila, you are assuring us that you own such data and submission or have a comprehensive license to them, you have the right to disclose and share them with Moovila, and your disclosure and sharing them with Moovila does not violate any laws or rights of third parties.

License.  By submitting your project plans to us, you have licensed Moovila to use your data and submission to perform any tasks for the purpose of scoring and debugging your project plan.

Other Terms.  Your submission is also subject to Moovila’s website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
