The MooCrew had an incredibly busy and productive fall, taking our cow suits on the road to connect with partners, friends, and the wider MSP community at four key industry events. We had a blast, with many successful conversations!
Here’s a recap of our rampaging bovine adventures this season.
CRN NexGen XChange in Houston, TX
The MooCrew kicked off the fall conference season by heading to the Lone Star State for the CRN NexGen XChange hosted by The Channel Company.
From Sunday, October 19th through Tuesday, October 21st, the crew had a productive time at networking, hanging around the booth connecting with partners, and eating good Mexican food at Xochi with friends at the Marriott Marquis in Houston, TX.
Some of the best opportunities at NexGen took place in the Boardrooms. These private meeting rooms gave us a chance to sit with senior MSP executives and have real conversations without the usual conference noise. We shared the findings of our second annual State of Project Management survey, and the dialogs were open and honest as people compared project disasters and big wins. “The Boardrooms are always a favorite of ours” says Whitney Asnip, Moovila’s VP of Communications. “When you get MSP leaders in a room where they can drop their guard, the dialogue becomes real fast and that kind of genuine exchange is where the best ideas start.”
A noteworthy thought about this conference was the cool lazy river at the hotel shaped like the state of Texas! This conference a great opportunity to network and share how Moovila Perfect Project can help partners drive better project outcomes.
DattoCon in Miami
In early October, we rustled up our MSP friends, partners, and a few singing bovines to muster in Miami for DattoCon.
We rounded up the Moo Crew and rolled into the Fontainebleau in Miami along with thousands of MSP professionals for Kaseya’s DattoCon, where we networked, met up with partners, friends, and had a great time sharing our latest product updates.
“We had the best time meeting so many new MSPs, catching up with clients, and spending time with our favorite vendor friends,” says Moovila Senior Account Executive, Andrea McGlothin.
Even before doors opened, on pre-day, we hunkered down with the Autotask crowd to exchange thoughts. “The Autotask Community Live was big fun for us,” says Moovila’s VP of Marketing Kate Schlarf. Moovila integrates with Autotask, and this meeting was a fantastic chance for users to swap ideas and skills.

“Our first big splash in the Autotask community was a smash hit as far as the MooCrew is concerned,” says VP of Sales and Partnerships Vince Jajuga. “We are excited to continue to enhance the Autotask project module and product scheduling! Moooooooove over monday.com! Here come the cow stampede!”
Our cow costumes were, as always, a hit! We had fun at the after-parties and were even thrilled to win one of Kaseya's social media contests for our posts and engagement.
Robin Robin's Producers Club Q4 in Franklin, TN
The next stop for the MooCrew was the Robin Robin's Producers Club Q4, which took place on October 28th-29th in Franklin, TN.
This was a high-value opportunity for the MooCrew to enjoy dinner with new friends and a very friendly service dog. We treated our new peer group friends to a delicious steak dinner at Perry's Steakhouse then met up with a few other conference attendees on the Broadway strip after dinner for some fun and good music.

The event closed out with a memorable Murder Mystery Party. Our team did not guess who the murderer was, but we had an awesome time hanging out with partners in the process and making valuable connections!
IT Nation Connect in Orlando
The final destination for our rampaging bovines was the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando. In early November, the MooCrew joined the movers and shakers of the MSP community for three days of sessions with hundreds of exhibitors and over 4,000 attendees at IT Nation Connect.
“This is one of our favorite events of the year,” says Moovila Founder and CEO Mike Psenka. Not only did we meet up with partners, vendors, friends, and new customers but we also got deep into our tools and new features, exploring how AI is reshaping MSPs and how our automated solutions can help manage projects.
On Day One, the MooCrew introduced the newest enhancement to Moovila Perfect Project, the Project Hub. “It provides free, best-practice templates to help users jump start success when it comes to managing projects,” says Psenka.
Our booth was a busy and fun from the outset. “Mirabelle, our plush cow, got lots of attention and customers were lining up to pick up our shirts and cow suits,” says Moovila Growth Marketing Specialist Colleen Baldrey.
The team was also excited to see our founder and CEO Mike Psenka host a breakout session on “Broken Timelines: The Hidden cost for MSP Margins” where MSP leaders discussed ways that Moovila could help them improve their project timelines.
“It’s always energizing to meet so many partners face-to-face, hear their stories, and feel the excitement in the community,” says Psenka. “Each year, this conference gives us fresh insight into the market. This one did not disappoint.”
